Whether harmonizing the natural flavour or creating different contrasts in the textures of the dish, they build a partnership to bring the best produce together in a way that combines authenticity with modern innovation and creative flair.

At Choji, we only source the finest local and imported fresh produce for our omakase. Every creation offered by the chefs is meticulously selected to accentuate the defining characteristics of the ingredients, which allow the diner to fully experience their nuances and intricacies. In keeping with our zero-waste philosophy, everything we source is used in some part of the dish, no ingredients go to waste.
