Private function room policy

  1. Choji Private Function Areas are available for bookings of up to 16.
  2. A $1200 minimum spend for a group of 9-16 and a $600 minimum spend of up to 8 people is required for use of the Private function area.
  3. Included in each minimum spend amount is a Custom meat and side dish platter prepared by Choji’s Chefs dependant on the number of people in the booking.
  4. A $400 deposit is required for group bookings of 9-16 people and $200 deposit for groups of up to 8.
  5. All Major credit cards and cash are accepted.
  6. Deposit is forfeited if booking is cancelled within 72 hours of booking unless extenuating circumstances accepted by Manager.
  7. Dress Code Policy: Smart Casual, no shorts or flip flops permitted on Choji Level 2 during our dining sessions. This may be adjusted based on the duty manager’s discretion on the night.
  8. BYO is available however there will be a $40 per bottle charge based on 750ml size bottle for wines and sake ONLY.
  9. We reserve the right to remove or have removed any patron from the premises behaving in an irresponsible manner. We take all care but assume no responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the client or their guests.
  10. Due to seasonal availability and demand, certain set menu, a la carte menu and wine list items and prices may be subject to change without notice.
  11. The customer will be charged for any damage to Choji’s Venue, property, guests or its staff’s property incurred by guests or friends of guests within the booking.
  12. While Choji Yakiniku will endeavour to accommodate requests for special meals for customers who have food allergies or intolerances, we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals. This is due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients.
  13. For All Private Room Bookings there will be a 10% service charge applied.
